Pepperoni Pizza Crackers

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Spoon a small amount of marinara or pizza sauce onto the center of each cracker.
  4. Top with a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Add 1–2 mini pepperoni slices to each cracker.
  6. Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Optional: Immediately sprinkle with Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes after baking for extra flavor.

Variations:

  • Veggie Lovers: Add small bits of bell peppers, mushrooms, or olives for a veggie-packed twist.
  • Hawaiian Style: Top with a tiny piece of pineapple and ham instead of pepperoni.
  • Spicy Kick: Use hot pepper jack cheese or add jalapeño slices for heat lovers.
  • Kid-Friendly: Skip the pepperoni and let kids add their own favorite toppings.

Tips:

  • Watch closely if broiling to prevent burning—just 1–2 minutes under the broiler can add crisp and color.
  • Use pre-shredded cheese for speed, but freshly shredded mozzarella melts more smoothly.
  • Serve immediately while the cheese is gooey and the crackers are still crisp.
  • For a party platter, keep a few batches on standby and pop them in the oven right before serving.
