Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess grease. Stir in salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Let the mixture cool slightly.
- Carefully separate each dinner roll. Flatten slightly if needed, and spoon in about a tablespoon of the beef mixture followed by a sprinkle of shredded cheese. Close the roll back over to enclose the filling.
- Place the stuffed rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of each roll.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
Variations :
- Cheese Options: Try Monterey Jack, pepper jack, or Swiss for a different flavor profile.
- Spicy Bombs: Add a dash of hot sauce or chopped jalapeños into the beef mix.
- Bacon Lovers: Mix in crumbled cooked bacon for added richness.
- Pickle Surprise: Tuck a small slice of pickle inside each roll for a tangy twist.
Tips :
- Allow the beef to cool slightly before stuffing to avoid soggy buns.
- Use a cookie scoop for even filling portions.
- To make ahead, assemble the bombs and refrigerate. Brush with butter just before baking.
- Serve with ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce for dipping.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven for best results.
