Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess grease. Stir in salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Let the mixture cool slightly.
  3. Carefully separate each dinner roll. Flatten slightly if needed, and spoon in about a tablespoon of the beef mixture followed by a sprinkle of shredded cheese. Close the roll back over to enclose the filling.
  4. Place the stuffed rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of each roll.
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Variations :

  • Cheese Options: Try Monterey Jack, pepper jack, or Swiss for a different flavor profile.
  • Spicy Bombs: Add a dash of hot sauce or chopped jalapeños into the beef mix.
  • Bacon Lovers: Mix in crumbled cooked bacon for added richness.
  • Pickle Surprise: Tuck a small slice of pickle inside each roll for a tangy twist.

Tips :

  • Allow the beef to cool slightly before stuffing to avoid soggy buns.
  • Use a cookie scoop for even filling portions.
  • To make ahead, assemble the bombs and refrigerate. Brush with butter just before baking.
  • Serve with ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce for dipping.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven for best results.
