Air Fryer Chicken Ham & Cheese Wraps

Instructions:

  1. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a thin layer of mustard or mayonnaise on each tortilla, if using.
  3. Layer on the sliced or shredded chicken, a slice of ham, and a slice of cheese.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly, folding in the edges to seal the wrap.
  5. Lightly brush or spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil or melted butter.
  6. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Arrange the wraps seam-side down in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  8. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wraps are golden and crisp.
  9. Allow to cool for a minute or two, then slice and serve warm.

Variations:

  • Vegetarian Option: Replace the chicken and ham with grilled veggies and an extra slice of cheese.
  • Spicy Kick: Add sliced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce inside the wrap.
  • Low-Carb Version: Use low-carb tortillas or lettuce wraps.
  • Herb Boost: Sprinkle fresh herbs like basil or parsley into the filling.

Tips:

  • Don’t overfill the wraps—too much filling can make them hard to roll and more likely to burst open.
  • If your air fryer is small, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
  • For extra crispiness, cook the wraps slightly longer or increase the temperature to 390°F for the last 2 minutes.
  • These wraps reheat well in the air fryer for 3–4 minutes at 350°F.

This easy recipe delivers a satisfying crunch and melty center with every bite. Perfect for on-the-go meals or cozy nights in.
